The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR effective 25th May 2018) imposes strict obligations on those who handle data.
Point5 Ltd take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to provide the services you have requested from us. The only personal data we hold relates to the services you have requested and includes your name, school/setting name, email address, contact information and information relating to invoicing. We do not pass your details to any other company/companies. If you wish us to remove any data from our records on your behalf please email us at [email protected]
In addition, Point5 Ltd. holds a limited amount of data on the clients it has worked with as a licensed Team-teach provider.The data predominantly amounts to the names of course participants, the date of the training and the content that was covered.It mimics the data held at the school and at Team-teach (the summary evaluation form).This information is held confidentially and is not shared with any third parties for commercial gain.
The function and purpose of Point5 Ltd holding the data is:
- Evidence of the course outcomes and evaluation
- As back up to a school in the event that a member of staff or the school needs to access its training records.
N.B. (the records will be saved for 7 years after the date of the training as stipulated in the commissioning agreement letter of confirmation).
